Heedful Oil & Energy Services Ltd. was founded in Kurdistan Region of Iraq in early 2016. Turkey’s leading Oil and Gas Company Havatek. Havatek led to establishment of Heedful Company and in this respect, Havatek is in support of this local initiation in every aspect, when required, including Engineering, Management, Manufacturing and Logistic.

Heedful Oil & Energy Services Ltd. is registered in MNR in 2017 and holds ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 International System Certificates. Havatek A.S.’s organizational Quality Policy, Organizational Management Strategy and Framework are adapted to Heedful Oil & Energy Services Ltd. in full aspect.

Heedful Oil & Energy Services Ltd. has a Logistic Center established on 20.000 m2 of area in Erbil, 10 km away from Erbil International Airport. To better serve the local community, training center is available within this center for enhancement of our direct and indirect staffs’ competency in compliance with the project requirements. In addition to the training center, there are fabrication shop for minor manufacturing works, warehouse for standard materials i.e. pipes, fittings, valves in different sizes and project hand tools & equipment for 500 workers and accommodation facilities up to 450 people which are readily available to mobilize to project site upon contract award.
